SATURDAYS is a lifestyle brand offering designer-quality eyewear at affordable prices. We create seamless shopping experiences through our app, home try-on service, and lifestyle stores — where customers can also enjoy specialty coffee and freshly baked cookies.
We’re looking for an Interior Designer (Retail) who can translate our brand identity into inspiring, functional store environments. You’ll collaborate with the Creative, Project, and Operations teams to design retail spaces that enhance the SATURDAYS experience, balancing aesthetics, practicality, and customer flow. From layout concepts to 3D renderings, your work will shape how customers see and feel SATURDAYS in every store.
Job Description:
- Design and create store layouts that are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for customer flow and productivity, incl. technical drawing.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Work closely with the Creative, Project, and Operational team to ensure that product displays and other operational aspects complement the overall store design.
- Collaborate with the Project and Construction team to ensure that store designs are practical and feasible, and that construction timelines and build qualities are met.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest retail design trends and technologies.
- Present design concepts and proposals along with the Creative Director, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of store designs, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in retail design or store planning, with experience in technical drawing.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software.
- Having 3D animation competency is a plus.
- Familiar with the Google & Lark Workspace application.
- Able to showcase knowledge and skills through a compelling portfolio.
- Having excellent communications skills, eagerness to work in a team, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and writing) for business communication.
